Our Missions:
1. Conservation/Preservation of the Striped Bass fisheries in Middle Tennessee including participating in the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) creel data surveys and supplemental fundraising for the needs of the TWRA, to assist in Striped Bass/Hybrid hatching, and related issues.
2. Implementing 100% Catch-and Release tournament fishing in non-trophy producing Middle Tennessee habitats during cooler water temperature months.
| The Golden Rule
Utilizing a Striper edition "Golden Rule" fish-measuring ruler and disposable cameras, our tournaments will be based on fish length and then released for future angling opportunities.
MTSA
With this organization, we hope to unify all Striped-Bass anglers as one common voice, speaking for thosse who are interested in the continued success of Striped-Bass and Hybrid fishing in Middle TN. We want to be pro-active in practicing solid and ethical Striped-Bass angling through fellowship, seminars, meetings, tournaments, fund-raising, and FUN!
